List of online retailers for makeup and beauty products

I frequently get asked where I purchase my makeup. I tend to buy my supplies online simply because Switzerland has a rather abysmal selection of professional brands and products. Here is a list of various online retailers that I recommend or have personally shopped at. Please do not ask me about shipping rates, customs duties, if you have a problem with your transaction, etc. This is for you to research and find out the information yourself with the retailer in question, or your country's customs laws. Please note that some of these retailers have local websites depending on the country you live in, and may not ship everywhere, so please select your country on the website where applicable.

(*) denotes I have shopped there and recommend
(%) denotes I have shopped there and had a bad experience
(EU) denotes European based

I will try to update this list as needed. If you have shopped at other good online retailers for makeup and beauty supplies, especially for any European-based online makeup and beauty supply stores, please link the shop in the comments and I will add it as necessary. (Note: I am trying to focus on general suppliers, not individual brands.)

  22. I wanted to do this big order from Head2toebeauty.com and when I was about to check out, I looked for my country (Spain) and couldn't find it. I was really surprised, I could see EVERY country in the planet in their list, except Spain. I thought maybe it was a mistake. So I emailed them explaining my situation, and asking politely if they would ship to Spain and their only answer was:

"We do not ship to Spain."

Not a single "hello" or "thank you" or anything else. How rude. I asked them why was that, and they never answered me back.

I wonder why they don't want to ship here. I've never had any problem before, and I buy most of my make up / nail polishes / bags / etc. online. I'm so disappointed :(

  41. Love that list :-)

Another European based retailer: Cambree www.cambree.de

They have Nyx, China Glaze and Sigma (brushes and eye shadows), Red Cherry lashes, also the Urban Decay Primer Potion and Too Faced Shadow Insurance and Vintage Sisters. Ordering was easy and delivery super fast. They also sometimes have sales and discounts, especially on NYY-products.

The only problem I've encountered with them is that sometimes certain things are sold out and it takes ages until they are back in stock.

  56. Hey,

I've bought several times from lookfantastic.com (it's located in the UK) and it's a fantastic online store. It's similar to hqhair.com. I think they ship internationally, but I'm not sure. At least I know they ship to Europe, since I live in Spain and used to live in France and have bought from both places. Also the shipping is quite cheap and fast.

I am Sonia, by the way, I just don't have any of the options listed in the "comment as..." so I classify as anonymous.... he he he. Hope to profit from the proximity to get beauty advice from you.
